Sea Salt

I recently received a bag of Sea Salt. Anyone know some good uses for this. How and when to use it in cooking and other things?

Here's an idea... put it in an envelope and send it to me! Ha ha just kidding (sort of...) Sea salt can be used in place of 'normal' salt in almost every recipe. It's especially delightful when put on a salad... that extra special texture just gives everything an extra special touch. Enjoy it!
