I had a great time planning this week's menu. Hope you enjoy!
Monday: Crunchy Mandarin Spinach Salad with sliced boiled eggs, chicken, and bacon pieces. Also plan to bake some Brick Bread.
Tuesday: Dinner with friends
Wednesday: Easy Coconut Talapia with salad and wild rice
Thursday: Baked Chicken with Veggie Casserole, and watermelon
Friday: Pork Stir Fry with Japanese style veggies, noodles, rice, and crab puffs.
Saturday: Burritos, Corn, and applesauce
Sunday: Pizza and Fruit
